Raging Grannies Deliver 'Hall of Shame' Award to Chevron CEO
About 10 advocates from the Bay Area Raging Grannies and Rainforest Action Network traveled to Lafayette to deliver the award, sing songs and hand out letters to the CEO's neighbors.
Bay Area Raging Grannies and Rainforest Action Network delivered a Corporate Hall of Shame award Wednesday to Chevron CEO John Watson.
Thousands of people across the country voted Chevron into the Corporate Hall of Shame, because, critics say, it has been responsible for widespread ecological damage in Ecuador’s Amazon rainforest after three decades of oil drilling.
