'Caregivers Count' Conference Is Saturday in Campbell

FREE conference will provide support, resources, and guidance to friends and family members caring for older loved ones in Santa Clara County.

The 5th Annual Caregivers Count Conference is Saturday -- May 3 -- from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Campbell Community Center, Orchard City Banquet Hall. 

This FREE conference will provide support, resources, and guidance to friends and family members caring for older loved ones in Santa Clara County.

Attendees will hear from experts on topics that include:

  • Self-Care for Caregivers *
  • Legal Issues **
  • Caregiver Fitness **
  • Advance Care Planning **
  • Long-Term Care Resources *
  • Resource Exhibits (all day)

Cost: FREE (lunch & parking included).
