House Hunt: Prices Going Down, Down, Down
Five homes for sale throughout Palo Alto with recently-slashed prices.
According to real estate website Trulia.com, the median home sale price in Palo Alto is up more than 20 percent over last quarter, bringing the new median to roughly $990,750.
Prices vary widely between different neighborhoods in Palo Alto. Though you can nab a small single-family home or condo in Downtown North for under $800,000, the average home price n Crescent Park is anywhere from $1.5 to $4.5 million.
Here are five homes currently for sale in Palo Alto that have recently-reduced prices—some have been lowered as much as $200,000!
