According to the map, the youngest area of the city is the few blocks between West El Camino Real, Alma Street, West Meadow Drive and Wilton Avenue where the median age of the 1.559 people is 30.7.
The oldest part of town is in the northwest part of the city near the Menlo Park border. The population of the neighborhood between Middlefield Road, Alma Street, Addison Avenue and Homer Avenue is 1,678 and the median age is 53.1.
