“I came to Kara after the death of my child, and participating in the walk was one more step in my healing. It was very easy to recruit friends to walk with me because many just didn’t know what they should do to support me. Joining the walk was an easy way for them to show how much they cared, and I truly appreciated it.” - Prior Year Walker
