Whoa! $310K Over Asking Price

Do you remember when Palo Alto Patch featured this home just last month? It was snapped up within days.

Palo Alto Patch featured this home at 1090 Los Robles on Feb. 1. It was billed as a hacienda-style adobe, and the personal home of the architect who designed it. It features mid-century California living in all of its glory—with lots of light, ample outdoor spaces, and a single level.

The home didn’t remain on the market for long. The listing price was $2.79 million, but it sold on Feb. 15 for $3,100,000.

This was the only reported home sale in Palo Alto the week of Feb. 15 – 21.
