Gorgeous Glass at Stanford Shopping Center

If you’re looking for a gorgeous, handmade gift, Walker & Bowes is holding a Holiday Sale at Stanford Shopping Center.

Hand-blown bowls, sake sets and other household items are being sold.

Decorative items are also available including Christmas trees, candy canes, and their signature pumpkins.

The glass show continues through Dec. 23, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.

M. G. Walker & Bobby Bowes are founders of two prominent glass studios in Silicon Valley --- The Bay Area Glass Institute (BAGI) which is a not-for-profit glass institute and workshop, and Defining Elements Within Art (Dew-Art).

A work by Bowes is included in the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C.

The pair has worked tirelessly to raise money for charity. Since starting their annual fall pumpkin patch in 1995, held earlier this year, they've raised more than $2 million for the Palo Alto Art Center, BAGI, and other organizations.
