Chef Tal Ronnen Shows Off LYFE Kitchen's New Chow

New restaurant brand run by former McDonald's brass to debut in Palo Alto this month.

Chef Tal Ronnen cooked up a few of LYFE Kitchen's vegetarian dishes Friday at a demonstration at 's in Menlo Park.

Ronnen and the rest of the LYFE Kitchen crew believe that food can be both good tasting and good for you.

Palo Alto Patch got an at LYFE's first restaurant, opening in downtown Palo Alto later this month.

Ronnen is a New York Times bestselling cookbook author and was Oprah Winfrey's chef during her 21-day vegan cleanse.

this is awesome. gonna have to check this place out. There's not enough truly healthy restaurants in Palo Alto.
