/Singles Gourmet Progressive Dinners are the absolutely perfect way to meet as many people as possible during one sit-down dinner.  The way we accomplish this is the menswitch seats at each course.  Typically, there are 3-4 courses so this makes for a great variety of conversations with different people.

Progressive Dinners are about trying new restaurants offering creative menus, making new friends and having a great time!  We ask for your age and gender when you register to help us organize the first seating in advance.

Penne alla Diavolo- Penne Pasta with Marinated Herbed Eggplant Sauce with Tomatoes, Oregano, and Garlic

Pollo Saltimbocca- Chicken Breast with Prosciutto, Mozzarella cheese and Marsala Sherry Wine Sauce

Salmon Stromboli- Salmon Poached with Capers Chardonnay Lemon Sauce
