This is Chef Mark’s favorite time of year.
He has been thinking of sweet corn, summer squash,
and vine-ripened tomatoes all this long chilly spring,
just waiting for the season to arrive!

It’s a little too early to tell what Mother Nature will
provide, but when she’s ready,
Chef will have his knives sharpened and ready to
create an outstanding 4 course dinner for you!
