House Hunt: Midtown Values are Climbing

The average listing price of homes in the Midtown neighborhood of Palo Alto has risen just over 7 percent recently. Here are five homes currently for sale in this, one of Palo Alto's most popular neighborhoods.

According to real estate website Trulia.com, Midtown is one of Palo Alto’s most popular and up-and-coming neighborhoods, as far as real estate goes.

Though the average listing price in Palo Alto as a whole has gone down 1.5 percent recently, bringing it to roughly $1.8 million, the average listing price in Midtown has gone up more than 7 percent as of late, to just under $1.3 million—making homes in Midtown valuable property and well worth hanging on to.
