House Hunt: Recent Price Reductions
Though the average listing price of a Palo Alto home went up nearly 10 percent last week, there are still price reductions to be found on Palo Alto homes.
According to real estate website Trulia.com, the average listing price of a Palo Alto home went up 9.85 percent last week.
However, that doesn’t mean a good deal can’t be found. Here are five homes for sale, located in a variety of Palo Alto neighborhoods, with recently reduced prices.
Addresses, bedroom/bathroom counts, square footage, newly reduced price, and realtor are all indicated in the photo captions.
