An international law firm has moved one of its two California offices from Redwood Shores to Palo Alto.
King & Spalding announced the move as an effort to better serve its Silicon Valley clients. The relocation was completed last month.
"We are pleased both to have moved nearer our main client base and to occupy space that will accommodate additional lawyers as we continue to grow," said Timothy Scott, managing partner of King & Spalding's office in Silicon Valley. "We look forward to continuing to serve the global needs of our clients from our new location in Palo Alto."
The office is located at 601 South California Ave. It has room for expansion beyond the 21 lawyers and consultants currently working out of this office.
"Our continued growth here furthers the firm's ability to serve, among others, our technology and life sciences clients," said Palo Alto-based King & Spalding partner Judy O'Brien. "This move positions us nearer our clients, so that we can better work with the leaders of businesses both large and small, partnering with them to help their businesses grow."
King & Spalding’s Palo Alto office focuses on life science and technology clients.
The firm’s other California office is in San Francisco.
