What Should Go Here?

It’s prime real estate on University Avenue. What restaurant or store would be the perfect fit?

So far as business addresses in Palo Alto, it doesn’t get much better than this—the 100 block of University Avenue, a vibrant neighborhood of stores, restaurants and public gathering spaces.

But something’s missing—right next door to West Elm, 174 University Ave. is vacant.

Is there a type of business you would like to see in this space? Is Palo Alto missing a type of business you want? Tell us in the comments section.
