Linda Kramer Named to Hospice of the Valley Board of Directors

Kramer Radin, LLP managing partner brings medical and legal experience to nonprofit

SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec.  9, 2013 – Hospice of the Valley has named Linda Kramer, JD, MBA, RN and managing partner of Kramer Radin, LLP to its board of directors.

Kramer’s law practice concentrates on estate planning, trusts, wills, trust administration, probate, conservatorships, estate dispute resolution, charitable giving, tax planning, business and succession planning.

She is a past member of the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, where she served as chair of its Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Advisory Commission. Additionally, she is a founding member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association and has served as president of its Board of Trustees and chair of the Education Subcommittee of the Trusts and Estates Section.

A former adjunct professor at the Santa Clara University School of Law, Kramer holds Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. She is certified as an estate planning, probate and trust law specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Kramer, a retired registered nurse, also holds a degree in nursing from Temple University.
