Looking for a Home: "Cher"

"Cher"

This pretty kitty was surrendered by her owner back in June because they could no longer care for her. Cher quickly made friends with the shelter staff with her calm demeanor and loveable face.

Cher's original owners had named her "Chair." You know, like the thing you sit on but can't take with you? This Officer thinks that was an adorable name for a cat, like naming a dog "Floor" or something. But I was out voted, and her name was changed to a slightly more common name that sounded similar… “Cher.” I dunno, maybe her last owner just liked naming animals after inanimate objects?

We think Cher would do great in a household on the quieter side being and would prefer being the only cat, or maybe live with one other adult cat whos not too fussy. She is about 9 years old and has plenty of life left. Cher has been spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.
