UP FOR ADOPTION: "Blaster"

Guinea Pigs need homes too!

Blaster is an 11-month-old neutered male Abyssinian Guinea Pig who was surrendered by his owners because they became allergic. He is a very good looking and friendly pig, as you can see.

Guinea pigs are a social, herd animal and do better in groups. Which is nice, since we’ll have two more guinea pigs available for adoption later this week! They are a great low maintenance pet and great for a family. But don’t get me wrong, they do require care, cleaning, and socialization. But if you are looking for an animal you don’t have to walk around the block… and maybe you can’t have a cat… a guinea pig might be for you! If you would like to know more about guinea pigs and their care… you can go to cavyspirit.com

Please consider adopting a guinea pig from a shelter instead of buying one from a pet store. They tend to be healthier and are already neutered.
