This poor dog has been in and out of the shelter as a stray for months until the last time he came in, his owners just decided to leave him here. Nice huh? The last time Oreo was picked up, he was matted and filthy. He most likely spend his days in the backyard and bored. But now he has a new haircut, and new beginning in life!

Oreo is a 2-year-old black & white Shih Tzu with a great personality. He is definitely a lap dog who loves to cuddle -- but watch out -- he'll get a boost of energy and will run all around the house for about 2 minutes, then tucker himself out. It’s quite a scene to watch!
