Parental Guidance Suggested For Facebook
A new state bill could change the face of online privacy for children on the Internet.
The proposed California Senate Bill 242 could require social networking sites like Facebook to give parents access to their children's online profiles, according to TechCrunch.
Under the bill, proposed by Sen. Ellen Corbett, Facebook would have to allow parents the ability to request the removal of text and images that they find inappropriate for their children's online accounts. If the social networking giant refused, they would face a $10,000 fine per incident.
