Dr. Jill Biden, Second Lady of the U.S., visited the Palo Alto Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System on Wednesday afternoon to meet with patients and listen to their experiences at the center. She also heard a presentation explaining the variety of care veterans receive at the polytrauma center and then visted the Fisher House before leaving in a small motorcade of SUVs.
