Earth Day Talk by Lisa Jackson

Lisa Jackson, VP of Environmental Initiatives at Apple and
former Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, will give the
second annual Stephen H. Schneider Memorial Lecture at Stanford University in
honor of the Stanford professor and world-renowned climate scientist who died
in 2010.

She will speak on her pivotal environmental roles at Apple and while
serving in the Obama administration. Tickets are free and open to the public,
but seating is limited. Stanford students need only show their Stanford
identification card to be admitted. All others, including postdoctoral fellows,
should contact the Stanford Ticket Office at tickets.stanford.edu or
650-725-2787 or at Tresidder Union from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Memorial Auditorium is located at 551 Serra Mall on the
Stanford campus. The free Marguerite shuttle can be taken from downtown Palo
Alto or either of Caltrain’s two Palo Alto stations to Serra Mall. Shuttle
