Did you know November is Diabetes Month?

Join Dr. Lena Kian to learn about natural approaches to the prevention, treatment, and management of diabetes. We will also discuss metabolic syndrome, a cluster of conditions that affects at least 1 in 5 adults and is often overlooked as the leading cause of diabetes and heart disease. 

Dr. Lena Kian is a California licensed Naturopathic Doctor, and a graduate of Bastyr University known internationally as one of the leading institutions in the field of natural medicine. She specializes in the prevention and treatment of chronic medical conditions by treating the root cause, and not just the symptoms. Dr. Kian is passionate about natural medicine and speaks in local communities and colleges. 

The seminar is FREE, and RSVP is recommended but not required. It is located at the Palo Alto Library, in downtown Palo Alto.
