As part of the National Day of Service, come help maintain newly planted trees and keep our urban forest happy and healthy! Join local non-profit Canopy as we do tree care at Brentwood Elementary and McNair Middle School. Tasks include: adjusting stakes, weeding, and mulching. All tools and equipment will be provided and light snacks will be provided in the morning. Wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes. Saturday, January 18, 9 a.m.-noon. Free.
