Shirley is a Credentialed Art Teacher with over 15 years
experience teaching children. She also teaches at the Triton Museum.



This is a beginning printmaking class that focuses on the
basics of creating a printing plate using an easy to cut printing block and
making multiple images.



Classes designed for students ages 9 and up



October 27 Day 1:  Create a personal chop (signature seal)



Students will learn how to make a personal chop and how to
do a reverse image print. They will also learn block print making and safety.



November 3 Day 2:  Create a relief print



In this session students will learn how to turn their
artistic creations into prints and expand on skills learned in the first
session.



November 10 Day 3:  Print holiday cards/tags



In this sessions student will learn how to make editions and
create holiday cards.



November 24 Day 4:  Create a monoprint and print on t-shirt 



This session will focus on monoprints and combining
everything learned up to this class. This is going to be a very fun and exciting
class because of the magic of monoprinting.

$120 tuition includes all materials except Tee shirt for the last Class
