Redesigning Health Care for Children with Disabilities: Strengthening Inclusion, Contribution, and Health: a conversation with Dr. Heidi M. Feldman

Dr. Heidi M. Feldman, M.D., Ph.D. of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, will discuss the health care concepts for delivering effective health care to children with disabilities & chronic illnesses found in her groundbreaking textbook and training tool. Going far beyond the traditional model of treating and reducing symptoms, renowned pediatrician Heidi Feldman gives a big-picture blueprint for improving the lives of children withdisabilities and helping them participate fully in family and community life. RSVP required & childcare can be arranged.
