More than 50,000 babies are born prematurely each year in California, including more than 3,000 in the South Bay, costing the state nearly $2.5 billion and having an immeasurable impact on families. To support critical research and education in local communities, the March of Dimes California Chapter is hosting the San Jose March for Babies walk on April 26. Money raised through March for Babies enables the March of Dimes to continue an ongoing investment in lifesaving research and programs so that every parent will know the joy of a healthy newborn.
Join us on April 26th at 8:00am at Plaza de Cesar Chavez for the March for Babies! For more information and to register, visit: http://www.marchofdimes.com/california/
