College Terrace is a neighborhood which contains a wide variety of architectural styles and features – from aristocratic to humble. The atmosphere of the Terrace is that of a small community in which student and professor, great grandmother and child, working class and professional, live next to each other and feel closely identified with their environment and with each other.
