Palo Alto Relay for Life is an event of the American Cancer Society that raises funds for cancer research, treatment and cures. It is a 24 hour event where people form teams and walk around a track to symbolize the fact that cancer never sleeps.
The event brings together friends, families, businesses, hospitals, schools, and faith-based groups to celebrate the lives of those who have had cancer and to fight back against the disease.
Registration for teams is currently free. There will be food, music and lots of fun!
