AUDIO: CIA Analyst Ray McGovern Says 'Stick Your Neck Out,' Speak Truth to Power
The Peninsula Peace and Justice Center brought former CIA analyst Ray McGovern to Palo Alto to talk about the fallacies of U.S. intelligence and the importance of citizens becoming activists.
Former CIA Analyst Ray McGovern told Palo Altans at Tuesday night that if he had acted like Bradley Manning during his time at the CIA in the late 1960's, he may have been able to save 25,000 lives.
