Join the folks at the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford on Saturday, July 12 for a "Hope Is Growing Block Party" to celebrate the groundbreaking of the facility's expansion.
The new housing unit will be built adjacent to the existing House and will add 52,000 square feet, increasing the number of family rooms from 47 to 120 and allowing the organization to serve even more children with life-threatening illnesses, and their families.
The party is from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday -- under the tent -- at 520 Sand Hill Road in Palo Alto.
There will be face painting, snacks, farm animals, a balloon artist and a visit from Ronald McDonald!
