Father's Day: What's One Lesson (or Two) You Learned from Your Dad?

Patch stopped Hobee's in Palo Alto and spoke to a father and son. The son had a lot to say.

With Father's Day upon us this Sunday, June 16, sons and daughters begin to take stock on what their dads mean to them.

Did he encourage you to exercise? To eat healthy? To defend the defenseless and weak?

Did he teach you how to drive? How to mow the lawn? How to keep score at a baseball game?

We stopped by Hobee's in South Palo Alto and bumped into Dave Pitt and his dad Gordon Pitt, both from Morristown, NJ. Gordon was in town to watch his son Dave, a senior at Stanford University, walk in commencement on Father's Day.

The father-son-team graciously granted Patch a video interview to the question: What's one lesson you learned from your dad?
