Remember your loved one with a gift to Hospice of the Valley

And illuminate a winter's night with warmth and light in memory of loved ones

SAN JOSE, Calif. – November 18, 2013 – As the holiday season draws near, Hospice of the Valley, a leading provider in advancing palliative, hospice care, community grief support and education in Northern California, will bring our community together to give thanks, celebrate in gratitude, and honor loved ones.

This holiday season Hospice of the Valley’s Community Life program invites you, your family and friends to join us for Lights of Love on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 and/or Thursday, December 5, 2013 from 6 pm to 7 pm at Hospice of the Valley, located at 4850 Union Avenue, San Jose CA 95124. Admission is free and refreshments will be served.

We will illuminate a winter's night with warmth and light in memory of loved ones - and if you make a donation of $50 or more in memory of your loved one you will receive a special commemorative candle at the Lights of Love event.
