All lanes open after early-morning crash involving possible drunken driver.

The California Highway Patrol cleaned up a gasoline spill and reopened all lanes of southbound U.S. Highway 101 in Palo Alto Monday after an early-morning crash. One person was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, and another was injured, an officer said.

The three right lanes just north of San Antonio Avenue were opened at 3:38 a.m. after crews were sent to clean up the gas and other debris covering the road, CHP officer Ralph Caggiano said.

The crash happened at about 2:30 a.m. and involved a dark-colored sedan, he said. Other vehicles involved in the crash are not known.
