Shortly after noon Friday a man walked into First Federal on Sam Rittenberg and demanded money from tellers, according to a statement from Charleton Police Public Information Officer Charles Francis.
The man did not show anyone in the bank a weapon, but implied he had a gun, according to Francis' statement.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5-7, weighing approximately 160 pounds and between 45 and 50 years old. He was wearing a khaki cap, white T-shirt, khaki cargo shorts, white socks and black tennis shoes.
The amount of money taken during the robbery was not disclosed.
