1:15am, 321 California Avenue: Ruben Fedencio Martinez, 45, was cited for petty theft.

8pm, 537 Hamilton Avenue: Someone reported fraudulent use of a credit card.

11:18pm, 352 University Avenue: Police arrested John Chavez, 49, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

9:18pm, 1700 Embarcadero Road: An unknown suspect smashed a car window and stole a laptop.

Tuesday

8:43am, 777 Embarcadero Road: Unknown suspects threw a rock through a glass door.

11:30am, 1212 Middlefield Road: Someone turned in firearms for safe keeping.

3pm, 1062 Metro Circle: An unknown suspect opened a credit card using another person's identity.

8:28pm, 855 El Camino Real: Police cited Nicholas Johnson, 20, on suspicion of possessing illegal drugs.

9:06pm, 500 block of Forest Avenue: Police towed an abandoned vehicle.

Wednesday

2:55am, 275 Forest Avenue: Police arrested James McCluskey, 25, on an outside warrant.

8:42am, 180 El Camino Real, Stanford Shopping Center: An unknown suspect stole something worth more than $400 form a car.

7:14pm, 340 Portage Avenue: Police cited David Pfefer, 60, on suspicion of petty theft and shoplifting. 

10:37pm, Middlefield and Embarcadero Roads: Koji Takiguchi, 40, was cited and released on suspicion of drunken driving.

Thursday

12:08am, Waverley Street and Lytton Avenue: Police cited someone for driving without a license.
