POLL: Does Yung Chi Chu Deserve Prison Time?

If given a robe and gavel for a day what judgment would you pass on to Yung Chi Chu?

Does Yung Chi Chu deserve three years in prison?

Back in October of 2010, Chu, a 47-year-old San Carlos math tutor, was arrested on two charges of lewd conduct when he allegedly sent hundreds of photos of naked men to a 10-year-old girl. Chu allegedly asked for photos of the girl in return but never received any.

Chu pleaded no contest to the charges Tuesday inside San Mateo County Superior Court.

Chu is out of custody on $275,000 bail. His sentencing will be held on May 17.

Not only did this slime do the crime, what about a full confession the day after his arrest, with a full confession pleading guilty. Its been 5 court dates with 2 more scheduled. No problem the state has plenty of tax payers money to waste. How about Menlo Park School distrect (where he use to work) putting him on administrative leave for viewing porn at his work station, then dismissing him and not making a statement until he was arrested some time later. Administrative leave, sounds like covering there butt. He was fired. Tons of porno from his home, it goes on and on. These guys are like drunk drivers. He just got caught finally. They drive drunk all the time! After his complete confession and admittence of guild, it just goes to show you it does pay to get a high powered atturney.

Allow me to play Devil's advocate..... Nah, just bustin' your chops. This is abhorrent behavior, even for an unneutered alley cat - and you know how I feel about cats. The problem for me, and it is probably only me, is that his pic above looks identical to the guy at the drugstore who processed my last roll of film. OY VEY!!!

He and his family moved to a relative's home on Kingsmill Road in Dublin, CA about a year ago. You would think they would be somewhat grateful to someone trying to help his family but the creep just got up and left his family here for my family to support. Now he has the guts to come over and visit????? Don't get me started on started on the family itself!!!!

I would gladly help the court system and the girl's family after what she has been through. Is it right that this man and his family can move on but the girl and her family may never recover from this???? Sick. Just sick.
