Indecent Exposure

    Carlos Lopez, 58, a transient, July 20, 11:30 a.m., at 190 W.
Hedding in San Jose, for felony indecent exposure with priors. Bail
set at $100,000.

DUI

    Christopher Kompella, 20, of Cupertino, July 20, 4:12 a.m., at
10186 Mann Drive in Cupertino, for felony hit-and-run and DUI causing
bodily injury to another person. Bail set at $35,000.

    Arturo Molina, 28, of Gilroy, July 20, 10 a.m., at the South
County Courthouse, 301 Diana Ave. in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor DUI
and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

    Ilya Rubinshteyn, 23, of Cupertino, July 21, 1:30 a.m., at Stevens
Creek and Foothill boulevards for misdemeanor DUI and driving under
the influence. Bail set at $5,000.

    Kiarash Amini, 21, of Saratoga, July 21, 3 a.m., at 13099
Brandywink Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI.

    Sohan Singh, 44, of San Jose, July 21, 7:25 a.m., at El Camino
Real and Hansen Way in Palo Alto, for misdemeanor DUI.

Battery

    Celine Schwarz, 21, of Los Altos, July 21, 4:45 a.m., at Stevens
Creek Boulevard and Imperial in Cupertino, for misdemeanor battery on
former spouse, fiance or cohabitant. Bail set at $10,000.

    Manuel Tinoco, 43, of Gilroy, July 22, 9:45 a.m., at 975 Arizona
Circle in Gilroy, for misdemeanor battery on former spouse, fiance or
cohabitant and false imprisonment. Bail set at $15,000.

Unauthorized Entry of Property/Vandalism

    Walker Fischer, 22, of Cupertino, July 20, 11:15 a.m., at the
Santa Clara County Superior Court building at 115 Terraine St. in San
Jose, for misdemeanor unauthorized entry of non-commercial dwelling
and vandalism less than $400.

Protective Order Violation

    Gary Vogel, 46, of Gilroy, July 20, 12:56 p.m., at the Santa Clara
County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for
misdemeanor violation of protective order.

    Thomas Sandoval, 22, of Gilroy, July 20, 2:30 p.m., at 12115
Watsonville in Gilroy, for misdemeanor violation of court order to
prevent domestic violence and felony inflicting corporal injury on
spouse/cohabitant.

Possession/Illegal Weapon

    Lazaro Barrios, 22, of Gilroy, July 20, 9:30 a.m., at the South
County Courthouse, 301 Diana Ave. in Morgan Hill, for felony driving
in willful disregard of safety, possession of controlled
substance/paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance,
making/passing fictitious check, possession/manufacturing/selling of
illegal weapon/ possession of narcotics/controlled substance, carrying
a concealed dirk or dagger and misdemeanor driving with privileges
suspended or revoked, resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace
officer, possession of controlled substance/paraphernalia, resisting,
delaying, obstructing a peace officer and using/being under the
influence of a controlled substance.

Possession

    Humberto Segarra, 39, of Sunnyvale, July 20, 9 p.m., at No. First
and Hedding streets in San Jose, for felony possession of a controlled
substance and rearrest for probation violation.

Arrest Warrant

    Richard Cardenas, 52, of Gilroy, July 21, 9 a.m., at Monterey and
8th Street in Gilroy, for felony probation violation for revocation.

Criminal Threats/Assault

    Davin Franco, 19, of Gilroy, July 21, 11:50 a.m., at Prom and Oak
Valley in Morgan Hill for misdemeanor vandalism less than $400,
threatening to commit crime resulting in death, assault with a deadly
weapon and using/being under the influence. Bail set at $25,000.

Under the Influence

    Marie Fox, 49, of Cupertino, July 21, 3;45 p.m., at Homestead Road
in Cupertino, for misdemeanor being under the influence of a alcohol,
drugs or controlled substance. Bail set at $250.

Domestic Violence

    Saulo Olayochona, 21, of Sunnyvale, July 21, 6:36 p.m., at the
Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose,
for misdemeanor inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.

Stolen Property

    Kodie Ansell, 20, of Mountain View, July 21, 9:30 p.m., at San
Carlos and Leigh Avenue in San Jose, for felony possession of stolen
property, re-arrest, probation violation and misdemeanor appropriation
of lost property.

    Angela Gera, 21, of Los Gatos, July 21, 9:45 p.m., at 1041 Alameda
Avenue and Race Street in San Jose, for felony re-arrest, probation
violation, selling or aiding in selling of stolen property and
misdemeanor appropriation of lost property.

Assault

    Noe Mosso, 26, of Gilroy, July 22, 12:10 a.m., at 7620 Holsclaw
Rd. in Gilroy, for felony assault with a deadly weapon. Bail set at
$50,000.
