11:47 a.m., 100 block of El Camino Real: Jeffry Allan Zeman, 58, a Menlo Park resident, was arrested and booked on suspicion of being drunk in public.
12:11 p.m., 33 Encina Avenue: Police arrested Jesse Livingston, 52, a Palo Alto resident, on an outside warrant.

9:50 p.m., 400 block of Emerson Street: Leonardo Suarez, 24, an East Palo Alto resident, was arrested and booked on suspicion of strong-arm robbery.

10:15 p.m., 400 block of HIgh Street: Police arrested Perez Francisco, 43, a Palo Alto resident, on suspicion of being drunk in public.
