Tweets from Chief Burns' Virtual 'Ride-Along' Friday Night
The Palo Alto police have kicked off the holiday season's DUI crackdown.
Chief Burns teamed up with Santa Claus this past Friday night during his Twitter "virtual ride-along" to search for impaired drivers.
You don't have to subscribe to Twitter to read the tweets from that night. Head over to www.twitter.com/PaloAltoPolice and you can scroll back to see everything that happened (including a Vine video of Chief Burns actually riding Santa's skateboard).
Remember, our officers are out in force this holiday season to arrest impaired drivers. Please, designate a non-drinking driver and be safe out there on our roadways.
