Friday

5:41 p.m., 1100 block of University Avenue: Susan Heaton, 52, was arrested and booked on suspicion of being drunk in public.

7:06 p.m., 300 block of Pasteur Drive: Daniel Padilla, 53, was arrested and booked on suspicion of being drunk in public.

10:35 p.m., 4200 Pasteur Drive: Victor Garcia, 24, was cited and released on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked license and on notice to appear for an outside warrant.

10:48 p.m., 500 block of Forest Avenue: A non-injury car accident happened.

Saturday

12:47 a.m., 200 block of Everett Avenue: Raymond Abad, 52, a San Mateo resident, was arrested and booked on suspicion of being drunk in public.

1:56 a.m., 100 block of University Avenue: Ian Nait Tovera, 25, a Milpitas resident, was arrested and booked on suspicion of drunken driving and also on an outside warrant.

8:50 a.m., 151 Churchill Avenue: An unknown suspect broke into a home and stole items.

9:48 a.m., 190 Webster Street: An unknown person used someone's personal information to open financial accounts.

2:28 p.m., 4248 Rickeys Way: Medical personnel transferred someone to Stanford Medical Center for a 72-hour psychological evaluation.

8:01 p.m., 3219 Alma Street: Scott Creermore, 52, was arrested and booked into county jail on suspicion of drunken driving after causing a minor-injury accident.

 

Sunday

1:45 a.m., 3400 block of Rambow Drive: Police towed a car for having an expired a registration.

2:20 a.m., 548 Emerson Street: Police cited for people on suspicion of possessing illegal drugs.

2:33 a.m., 200 University Avenue: Someone found a credit card.

11:29 p.m., 95 University Avenue: Police cited someone with a notice to appear in court on a outside warrant.

7:39 p.m., Unknown Address on Park Boulevard: Police took a case on possibly family violence.

9 p.m., 750 North California Avenue: An unknown suspect entered a building through a cafeteria window, vandalized the place and ate some food.

 

Monday

12:47 a.m., Unknown Address on Yale Street: Police took a case on possible family violence.

6:25 a.m., Stanford Shopping Center, 180 El Camino Real: Antonio Ceja, Jr., 18, an East Palo Alto resident, was cited and released on suspicion of petty theft / shoplifting.

9:36 a.m., 3400 El Camino Real: An unknown suspect entered a building a stole items from a room.

1:27 p.m., 2241 Wellesley Street: Police towed a car that was in violation of a posted "no parking sign."

1:30 p.m., 2700 block of Louis Road: Someone was cited for driving without a license.

4:08 p.m., 855 El Camino Real: Paul Stadnisky, 37, a San Jose resident, was arrested and booked on suspicion of defrauding a restaurant in Town and Counry Shopping Center.

 

 

Tuesday

8:30 a.m., 2775 Middlefield: A hit-and-run accident happened.

12:30 p.m., 3375 Avenue: An unknown suspect stole a cell phone and a headset.

1:52 p.m., 400 Hamilton Avenue: A known suspect forged a check.

2:26 p.m., 301 Pasteur Drive: An unknown subject violated a court-issued restraining order.

4:09 p.m., 340 Portage Avenue: Mark Alward, 52, a San Mateo resident, was cited and released on suspicion of petty theft / shoplifting.

11:40 p.m., 2400 block of Everett Avenue: Ryan Apple, 21, a Palo Alto resident, was cited on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

 

Wednesday

12:47 a.m., Stanford Shopping Center, 180 El Camino Real: David Garcia, 22, a Menlo Park resident, was arrested and booked on suspicion of embezzlement.

1:44 p.m., 1023 Corporation Way: Someone broke into a commercial building and stole items.

8 p.m., Unknown Location on East Charleston Road: A juvenile was reported missing.

10 p.m., 2080 Channing Avenue: Police issued someone a notice to appear on an outside warrant.

7:18 p.m., Stanford Shopping Center, 180 El Camino Real: An unknown suspect stole a bicycle.

 

Thursday

2:48 p.m., 100 block of Churchill Avenue: Police arrested and booked Luis Manestar, 66, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

3:22 p.m., Unknown Address on Page Mill Road: Police cited an unknown suspect on charge on arson.

5:54 p.m., Bryant Street and Seale Avenue: A minor-injury car accident happened.

10:57 p.m., San Antonio Road and Highway 101: Jacqueline Mishalay Wells, 50, an East Palo Alto resident, was arrested and booked on an outside warrant.

 

Friday

12:33 a.m., University Avenue and Middlefield Road: Police arrested and booked two men. Antonio Franco-Guzman, 25, a San Jose resident, on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked license and on an outdo warrant. And Bolivar Pacheco-Doreteo, 25, a San Jose resident, on an outside warrant.
