3:35 a.m., 95 University Avenue: Rickey Williams, 52, an East Palo Alto resident, was cited and released on suspicion of possessing illegal drug paraphernalia.

9:22 a.m., 630 Hansen Way: An unknown suspect broke into a car and stole several items.

7:32 p.m., 500 block of Ramona Street: George Meier, 58, a Menlo Park resident, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.

6:30 p.m., Sand Hill Road and El Camino Real : Police towed a car for blocking the roadway.

12:58 a.m., 3866 El Camino Real: An unknown suspect broke into a commercial building and stole items.

4:18 a.m., 490 University Avenue: Police towed a car that was parked in a no-parking zone.

4 p.m., 473 East Meadow Drive: An unknown suspect used someone's credit card information to make a fraudulent purchase.

11:35 p.m., 1000 block of San Antonio Road: Hector Manuel Venegas Camarena, 28, a Menlo Park resident, was cited on suspicion of drunken driving.

11:55 p.m., 500 block of Hamilton Avenue: Alejandro Gama, 24, an East Palo Alto resident, was cited and released on suspicion of possessing illegal drug paraphernalia.

12:36 a.m., Waverley Street and University Avenue: John Chavez, 59, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.

4:45 a.m., 4195 El Camino Real: Simon Tesfazgi Mahari, 33, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.

2:29 p.m., 200 block of University Avenue: Rose Marie Ervin, 31, a San Francisco resident, was arrested and booked on an outside warrant.

6:05 p.m., Unknown Location on Urban Lane: Police arrested someone on suspicion of domestic violence and violating a court restraining order.

7:49 p.m., 900 block of San Antonio Road: Police arrested Stanley Michael Guiterrez-Arana, 19, a San Francisco resident, on suspicion of possessing illegal drugs with intent to transport, and Diana Figueroa-Hernandez, an Oakland resident, on suspicion of stealing a car.

12:46 a.m., 2600 block of Waverley Street: Celia Aguayo, 41, a San Jose resident, was cited on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked license.
