Woman Arrested for Trying to Run Her Repossessed Car Off Road

Attempt at ramming her own car failed, now she is jailed.

A woman was arrested after allegedly trying to run her own car off the road with another vehicle after her car was repossessed in Palo Alto on Tuesday night, according to police.

Angelic Williams, 32, had her car repossessed at her home in the 900 block of Addison Avenue, police said.

Williams got into another vehicle and followed the car, which was being driven by someone from a repossession company, according to police.

At some point, she allegedly tried to run the other vehicle off the road and was subsequently arrested at about 8 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

Williams was booked into county jail on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, according to police.
