Presentation: High Speed Rail and Eminent Domain 

Eminent domain attorney Andrew J. Turner, Turner & Turner, P.C.,  will provide a brief overview of the eminent domain laws in California. 

In addition, Gary A. Patton, Of Counsel, Wittwer & Parkin, LLP, will provide updates on the Community Coalition's efforts to force the high speed rail Authority to 'do it right' - or not at all.
