Tonight: Public Forum on Measures D and E

The League of Women Voters of Palo Alto will present a debate Tuesday, October 11, on the two City ballot measures to be voted on in the November 8 election. 

The meeting will be held in the Chambers at the Palo Alto City Hall from 7:00 to 9:30 PM.       

Speakers for and against each ballot measure will make a case for their position.

Measure D is whether to amend the City Charter to eliminate binding arbitrarion for public safety employee disputes.       

Measure E is whether to un-dedicate 10 acres of Byxbee Park land for a composting facility.
