Local Realtor Avi Urban of Keller Williams is hosting his Silicon Valley Home Buyers Seminar Sunday in Palo Alto for homeowners, renters and prospective buyers who are questioning their next moves in today's real estate market.
The free, three-hour session will address the benefits and disadvantages of home ownership, the recent market slump, loans, escrow and even five reasons why to not buy a home in Silicon Valley.
"Since my first seminar in 2005, I've taken the mystery out of the local real estate market for several hundred people, helping them to focus on what's important," Urban writes on his web site.
