Pregnancy is a perfect time to look inward and connect with your body’s innate wisdom. Tania creates an uplifting and safe space for women to connect to their inner voice in her Sunday morning class. The practices and tools of yoga that can sustain one through the ups and downs of pregnancy, birth and life in general are explored. Postures are used to build strength, confidence, endurance as well as a way to explore sensation in the pregnant body. Moms will enjoy the opportunity to feel and be with baby. Community is built through frequent partner poses. The pace of the class is moderate and spacious with an eclectic mix of background music. This practice is a hatha flow which is appropriate for all levels.
