If you are a student at Gunn High School you will probably get to enjoy the new Titan gym and athletic facilities.

The Palo Alto Unified School District (PAUSD) invested $9 million dollar from its Strong Schools Bond which passed in June 2008.

The gym can accommodate the entire student and staff population of 2,170 for games and rallies. It includes a new ticket booth, restrooms, team rooms, dance studio and a fitness room. There is a Donor Appreciation Wall located in the foyer of the new gym with only 214 plaques are available and prices range from $350 to $1500.

There is also a new 58,000 square foot two-story classroom building with new technology, especially in the Innovation lab.

The Strong Schools Bond authorization totals $378 million.
