'Linsanity!' Paly Grad Takes the NBA By Storm

Take that, Golden State! After Saturday, Paly grad Jeremy Lin is the surprise star of the New York Knicks.

From Paly to Harvard to the Golden State Warriors, Jeremy Lin was, for a time, a novelty followed by Asian-American fans, as the first Taiwanese American to be signed to the NBA. It was looking that way after the point guard was cut from the Warriors, then picked up the Knicks in late December, Howard Beck of the New York Times writes.

Delivering a jolt to Madison Square Garden, he came off the bench Saturday and scored a career-best 25 points with eight assists, for a 99-92 win over the NJ Nets, then delivered another stellar performance over Utah.

Jeremy Lin is now talk of the town and Twitter fans are calling it "Linsanity." Take a look.
