Palo Alto High junior Lily Zhang will always remember her first Olympic experience, no matter how short.
The 16-year-old lost her first round match in Table Tennis at the 2012 London Olympic Games on Saturday, 4-0, to 28-year-old Cornelia Molnar of Croatia.
The individual game scores were 11-6, 11-8, 11-7, 11-5.
Meanwhile, Valley Christian High of San Jose student April Hsing won her first round match, beating 26-year-old Yadira Silva of Mexico, 11-9, 11-8, 11-3, 11-5.
