Palo Alto Teens Invited to Laser Light Dance Extravaganza

Palo Alto Teens invite Palo Alto Teens to a black lights--lasers-music-games-food event at Lucie Stern on March 31st. Guest blogger, Brigid, posts this invite to all Palo Alto high-schooers.

Dear High Schoolers of Palo Alto,

Remember that feeling when you were a little kid and you would walk in to a room with black lights and you would get a little thrill as you realized that all of your clothes were glowing and, if just for that moment, you were a thing of another world?

Now tell me how many people get that little thrill still as high schoolers. I’m seeing a lot of hands. Want to spend the entire night on that little cloud? Then come to Lucie Stern on March 31st  from 8pm-11pm and hang out in a room full of black lights, lasers and other awesome high schoolers.

Oh and don’t forget the dancing, games, a photo booth (featuring Gunn AP photo students), and free food, did you get that free food, FREE FOOD!! The lighting will be done by Tribal Existence, made famous by their work at the Grammys. They will be setting up over 7500 watts of both black lights and lasers just for us! The music will be selected by our hand chosen student DJs: Soham Tikekar, Anika Murthy and Anthony Zhang, who have vowed upon their lives to play what you want to hear; there will be no electric slide, we promise.

The games will include DDR, Air Hockey and many others! And guess what? You can have all this fun for only (drum roll please) $5, yep only 500 cents, that’s less then the teriyaki bowl at Sushi House in Town and Country! So where are you to buy the tickets to this wonderful, fabulous event? You can get then from a) a TAB member b) PaloAltoTab@gmail.org c) the door (but I wouldn’t wait that if I were you!).
